ALS Environmental Appoint Customer Service & Interface Manager

ALS Environmental places great importance on accurate and accredited results combined with excellent customer service. The interactions that ALS staff have with customers are one of the main reasons that ALS is chosen as an analytical testing provider.
To deliver continuous improvement to our customer interactions ALS Environmental have appointed Belinda MacLachlan as our new Customer Service and Interface Manager. Belinda will work from our Coventry laboratory and will be responsible for the Customer Service, Couriers, Sample Registration and Field Services departments within ALS Environmental across the UK and Ireland.
Reporting to our ALS Environmentals Operations Director, Lisa Clarke, Belinda will be looking to introduce customer interaction improvements and was a key figure in the introduction of the drop-off locations which ALS Environmental launched on the 1st September 2014.
Upon being appointed the new Customer Interface Manager at ALS Environmental, Belinda MacLachlan comments:

Belinda joins ALS Environmental with a wealth of experience from the Forensic sector and has over 19 years' experience within a customer service environment of which 15 of these were in a management position. Belinda has a wealth of experience in contract implementation, key account management and producing relevant KPI data for both customers and internal processes.
