Due to the ongoing disruptive weather conditions since Saturday 9^th December in a number of our operating areas, ALS will be aiming to provide a normal service wherever possible. Where our resources may be limited, or restricted due to health & safety concerns, we will endeavour to communicate an updated position to our customers.

Our goal is to maintain our high levels of both courier and analytical service throughout this time and we have implemented contingency plans in order to help achieve this. Customers will be contacted where this is not possible, we will be checking e-mails periodically throughout the day and a team member will aim to deal with your request as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding during these difficult adverse weather conditions.
