ALS Coatbridge Laboratory Open For Business

ALS Environmental are delighted to announce the official opening of its first Scotland based Environmental testing laboratory in Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire. The laboratory officially opened its doors on 27th November 2017, specialising as a microbiological testing facility, providing complete coverage to the whole of the United Kingdom, now including Scotland.
The site has a fully trained team of analysts on hand to deliver the highest quality of service and analysis of samples within stability times. The ALS Coatbridge facility is open from 09:00 - 17:30, Monday - Friday.

To enhance our service offering for our customers, there is also a convenient drop-off location based at the Coatbridge site available between 09:00 -17:30 every weekday. ALS will transport Legionella and Chemistry samples to Coventry daily, Monday to Friday.

Processing of Legionella samples will also be conducted by the Coatbridge laboratory by summer 2018.
ALS Environmental conducts testing for the purpose of enforcement of the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2016 (SI 614) & the Public Water Supplies (Scotland) Regulations 2014 (SI 364) and is in accordance with the Drinking Water Testing Specification (DWTS) and Drinking Water Quality Regulator (DWQR), Scotland. This demonstrates our ongoing commitment to protecting Public Health and being leading providers of analytical services.
