The results of the ALS Environmental Spring Customer Satisfaction survey are now in and 100% of our customers questioned in the survey would recommend using ALS Environmetal to a colleague. The promising feedback included several highlights not limited to:

• over 90% believed that our technical capabilities were above average
• over 80% expressed that their overall satisfaction with ALS was very satisfied or higher
• 80% felt that our pricing was competitive
• over 65% of customers have been with us for 5 years or more
• two thirds felt that ALS Environmental provided exceptional customer service
• over 93% stated that we demonstrated a sound knowledge when dealing with a problem & efficiency when solving the problem
• 87% commented that the courier service provided was good or exceptional

Sales and Marketing Manager at ALS Environmental, Nick Barsby, explained that customer feedback was driving the development of our internal and external systems:

Our Quarterly Customer Satisfaction surveys allow us to gain a real insight into what our customers value about our service. The Spring results were the most pleasing set of data as they continued to show an upward trend in our customers experiences in dealing with ALS Environmental as a laboratory partner. While we are pleased that 90% of our customers are satisifed we want to further refine our service to make every effort to exceed the expectations of the remaining 10%.
