ALS Environmental are pleased to announce that we have been granted ISO 17025 and DWTS accreditation for our new analytical testing laboratory in Otterbourne, Hampshire. Following a recent audit UKAS have confirmed that accreditation has been extended to our new Drinking Water test laboratory in the South East of England.

The Otterbourne laboratory will operate under the control of our Coventry management system and the testing has therefore been included into our existing 1314 accreditation on a group basis.

The team in Otterbourne have worked incredibly hard to achieve accreditation so quickly. They have been supported by staff from other ALS Environmental sites and this shows the strength in depth we have to deliver a complex project like this. 

ALS Environmental's Otterboune laboratory has already started to undertake operational testing for Southern Water, and is available as a sample drop off location for other ALS Environmental customers. In the short term, samples that are dropped off at the Otterbourne drop-off will be analysed in our Coventry laboratory.
